One of my favorite times of the year, Christmas, is fast approaching. I have so many wonderful memories with friends and family from the past years and there are so many more to be made. I love receiving Christmas cards from far and near, especially picture cards. This gives me a chance to see faces that I don’t get to see on a regular basis and stare in amazement at how the little ones grow up so fast. Although many of us keep in touch via social media outlets, there is nothing like a hard copy of a photo with a handwritten note.
If you are planning on sending out photo cards this year, now is the time to get started. Take it from me, I had to learn the hard way! This year, Shutterfly.com has 748 Christmas card designs to choose from here!
Do you have more than one favorite picture? You can choose a template that allows you to insert multiple photos. I take so many pictures throughout the year, so will definitely be choosing a multiple photo design. You can choose from folded greeting cards to flat photo cards.

Shutterfly.com offers one of my favorite gifts for a grandparent (or even for myself!) is the custom wall calendar. Not only can you add photos for each month, you can also personalize dates with a photo and text (Three events per date.). What a great way to remember birthdays!
